MGA Teachers are:

Bible-believing Christians, willing and able to lead children and teens in a study of the world around them that honors God’s creation of, and continuing role in, both our world and our lives.

Passionate for sharing their subject area creatively, in an engaging manner that reinforces the important concepts.

Aware that our classes are designed to supplement and complement at-home work by the students.   Teachers will prayerfully and thoughtfully plan the very best group activities and learning time to supplement the students’ home-based studies.   MGA is a partnership between home and school.

Willing to spend outside of class time preparing for class lectures and activities.

Qualified by life experience, teaching experience, and/or degrees in the content area they will teach.

MGA offers:

Part-time positions only.  These are perfect for stay-at-home moms, retirees, or teachers with part-time positions on Mondays-Wednesdays-Fridays who want to supplement with teaching at MGA on Tuesdays and Thursdays.   Pay is $250-800/month, depending upon teaching load.

Salary OR tuition exchange.  If you wish to enroll your child(ren) but do not have the funds for tuition, some or all of the tuition may be exchanged for teaching, if you are qualified to teach any of our subjects.

A WONDERFULLY rewarding teaching environment.  Our kids are a great group to work with, and our class sizes are small.

A Christian environment.  All teachers are Biblically-based believers and Christ-followers.  We do, however, welcome any students and families who wish to enroll, and do not require that they be Christians.  We are transparent about who we are, and if a family wishes to enroll well aware of our Christian worldview, we welcome them.  We want to minister to any families God brings our way.
